I truly understand the importance of body movement aka exercise even if I fall short on doing it daily. As part of my "EarthDay" celebrations I decided to try body movement activities different from my normal choices. My body quickly reminded me that I must gain a higher level of strength and control of my miraculous muscle groups. Aerial Scarf Dancing was my choice and it was a body wake up call! Whew!!! I will work on strengthening my core, arm and leg strength so that I will experience, feel and see the positive difference when I reach 60 years of vibrant living!
